Service Subscription Billing
How TetherX billing works for integrator partners - from pre-billing reports to invoicing.
Definitions
- Price - The monthly subscription price. For annual billing, multiply by 12.
- List Price - Prices shown on the price list, excluding VAT.
- Integrator Price - The trade price you pay after your partner discount.
- Invoice Price - The price on your invoice. Usually matches integrator price, but can be adjusted for legacy customers or special project pricing.
- Renewal Date - Monthly or annual anniversary from the last billing cycle. Set when first activated and updated at each renewal.
- Integrator Discount - Your trade discount percentage depending on your partner level.
Monthly Billing Cycle

Tip: Review your pre-billing report as soon as it arrives. You have until the end of the month to make changes before the subscriptions report is generated.
Pre-Billing Report
Around the middle of each month, you receive a pre-billing report email listing:
- All active subscriptions appearing on your next invoice
- Upcoming renewals for the following month
- Prices shown are your invoice price (after discounts)
- Excel attachment with full export from the Subscriptions page
This report gives you time to review and make changes before invoicing.
Making Changes
To add or modify subscriptions before the invoice is generated:
Changes made before month-end appear on the next invoice.
Subscriptions Report
On the 1st of each month, we generate the subscriptions report. This is the snapshot used for invoicing.
After this report is generated, the platform updates all renewal dates for the next billing cycle.
End User Billing
TetherX operates through our professional integrator channel - we bill integrators, not end users. In rare cases (legacy customers or special arrangements), we may bill end users directly:
- Initial 12-month subscription (unless quoted otherwise)
- Monthly rolling thereafter (annual and multi-year billing available on request)
