Warranty & Returns
If your TetherBox is faulty and needs repair or replacement, contact support to start the RMA (Return Materials Authorisation) process.
Warning: This process applies to UK customers only. For other regions, contact support for local arrangements.
Warranty Period
TetherBoxes come with a 24-month warranty from activation. Repairs outside this period may be chargeable.
Standard Repair Service
Our standard service is return-to-depot repair:
- Turnaround: 10 working days from receipt
- Outcome: We'll return your repaired unit or send a replacement depending on the fault
Advanced Replacement
In some circumstances, we may be able to ship a replacement unit before receiving your faulty one. Availability depends on factors such as unit age and stock levels. This service may incur an additional charge.
Shipping Requirements

| Insurance | Sender is responsible for shipping and insurance |
| Recommended courier | Royal Mail Special Delivery for Pico and Nano units (includes adequate insurance and next working day delivery) |
Warning: Do not send units to our registered office address. Use the warehouse address listed on our contact page and contact support to receive an RMA number before shipping.
